FS2T collaborates with partners who have access to large numbers of people from Black backgrounds to run interactive workshops about improving mental health in the Black communities.

We run a variety of workshops with groups and networks to educate them about various aspects of mental health.

We discuss the differences between mental health, illness and wellbeing.

We teach people about the benefits of emotional wellbeing and good mental health. This can include sessions on how to achieve and maintain positive mental health, and improving resilience.

We train people on how to recognise signs and symptoms of diminishing mental health, and raise awareness about the types of actions they can take in such scenarios.

We educate people about the help available for those suffering from mental ill health and how to access it.
